FALL 2008 REGISTRATION

Fall Registration for 2008 is underway! The deadline for registration is June 21, 2008. The registration fee is $65.00.
If all necessary items have not been received by June 21st,
a $10.00 Late Fee will be assessed. If this is the players first time
to participate with H.O.T., a copy of a certified birth certificate will
need to be on file prior to the deadline.
